This 3 hour workshop is a a deep dive into Strala Yoga - a special style of yoga developed by founders Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor. Strala Yoga combines the movement and healing wisdom of tai chi with form vocabularies of yoga, tai chi, qigong, and Traditional Chinese and Japanese Medicine, to help people release stress, move easily through challenge, and live radiantly inspiring lives. Owner of Native Yoga Natalie Williams is a 500-hour trained Strala Yoga guide and has a special interest for this very special style of yoga. In this workshop you will learn:
What is Strala Yoga and what makes it different to more traditional styles of yoga
The benefits of moving beyond poses with ease, freedom and softness
Plenty of opportunity to practice and get a feel for this modality with fun exercises
A full 60 - Minute guided Strala Yoga class to end the workshop
Please note: There will be a 30 Minute break at 12.30 PM to allow time for rest, nourishment and connection.
